One to One Coaching Session (Online)

Service Description

Our heart at Fika Friday is for us all to engage with spaces and places where we're seen and known. Our founder Rho is currently training with the University of Leicester to become a Coaching Psychologist. With a few years experience of coaching - mostly within health & wellbeing - Rho is growing in her coaching skills to include leadership, organisational and life's transitions as she deepens in her ability to boost her practice with psychological theory and research. She will meet you for an initial assessment appointment and then there's opportunity for up to 8 1 hour coaching sessions - free of charge!
