Sourdough

Our 950g sourdough loaves are made with three simple ingredients - Flour, Water and Salt!  

These are great for your gut, fermenting at a lovely pace before their sauna in our ovens!  We use Carr's flour, in paying homage to the building that they're produced in - previously owned by Bertram Carr, one of the Carrs biscuit factory family member's!
